i need to know about any book on segregation or civil rights movement, if any of you can recommend me a book and tell me the title and author of the book it would be great, i already have a book about the holocaust, ''night'' written by Elie Wiesel, now all i need is a book on civil writes or segregation, or even slavery, something in that category.

The autobiography of miss jane pittman might be a good one, it covers many decades though, included the civil rights movement. That's fiction though. You can try any books about Martin Luther King Jr.
